Horizons was created by the merger of two long-standing human service providers in Iowa. A site design helped translate the Horizons message of "Building Community Strength, One Person at a Time".
Informatics worked with Horizons to create a new look and feel that promoted a feeling of hope to its visitors. This dynamic, database driven website features News Items, Meals on Wheels Menu, Event Calendars, Consumer Credit Counseling Class Registration, and the ability for Employee Assistance Program members to access their coverage information via a secure login area. The easy-to-use backend Content Management System allows administrators the ability to update several portions of the website.
