Client Success Manager

Job Summary

Informatics is looking to expand our team with a talented and driven Client Success Manager. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our clients achieve measurable results and have an exceptional experience with our agency.

The Client Success Manager is responsible for the overall success of assigned client accounts, from strategic alignment and execution oversight to delivering outcomes that achieve business goals. This role serves as the primary point of contact with the client and ensures overall account performance, client experience, and long-term account success. The ideal candidate combines marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship building to ensure every client engagement is proactive, transparent, and results-driven.

This position works closely with our digital marketing team and reports to the Chief Operations Officer.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the overall success, satisfaction, and retention of assigned client accounts
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals and ensure marketing strategies align with those objectives
  • Lead client communication, including regular strategy meetings, performance reviews, and proactive recommendations
  • Translate marketing performance data into clear insights, action plans, and measurable next steps with the client
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to agreed-upon outcomes
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and recommend strategic initiatives to drive additional value
  • Serve as the internal advocate for the client while maintaining alignment with agency priorities
  • Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with internal teams to optimize results

  • Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges
  • Collaborative team player who builds trust internally and externally

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) required
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in marketing, account management, or client success required
  • Demonstrated experience driving successful marketing campaigns and measurable outcomes
  • Experience working directly with clients in a service-based or agency environment required
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and performance metrics
  • Experience working within project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) preferred
