Frank and Maureen's Next Adventure

Dear Valued Friends and Clients,

It is hard to believe that more than 22 years have passed since Frank, John and I started Informatics in 1998. I am writing to thank you for your support all these years and am excited to announce that Frank and I are transitioning out of the business.

We are thrilled to be turning over the leadership of the company to our business partner and son, John. John has been immersed in the business from the start. It is with great pride and confidence that we can assure you under his leadership Informatics will continue to be the best website and app developer and digital marketing agency in the Corridor and beyond.

When we started the business, the internet was still novel. In fact, I can recall a skeptical CEO hesitant to develop a website for his large company because he was not convinced “this internet thing was going to stick around.”

Well, stick around it did. The technology and industry itself are in a perpetual state of evolution. Over the years, we have had to be nimble and adept at embracing change and ready for whatever might be coming next. Our business survived the double whammy of a devastating flood and economic downturn of 2008. Throughout it all, John has been at our side, eager and enthusiastic and never missing a beat. From programming to business strategy, marketing to operations and management, John has done it all and brings a breadth and depth of experience, vision and excitement to everything he does. He has an excellent, seasoned team in place including our daughter-in-law, Stacie, to help ensure a smooth transition.

Frank and I are ready for new adventures. We’ll travel, do long-neglected projects, spend time with family and friends, and enjoy the gift of time. Then, we’ll see what’s next. Stay tuned —

Many thanks again to all our great clients, talented employees and business partners who we have had the pleasure to know over the many years on this amazing journey.

We could not have done it without all of you. We are forever grateful.
