Bookkeeper (Part-time)

Therefore, the following further defines the role, expectations, and requirements for the Bookkeeper position. This position is critical support to the financial health of the business. This position performs a set of detail-oriented duties that support our invoicing and collections process. In addition, this position monitors and keeps the business books up to date and ensure accuracy. This position works closely and reports to the President and COO.

Job requirements

  • Experience performing detail-oriented roles required
  • Working knowledge of bookkeeping software, such as Quick Books or related applications
  • Excellent judgment and trustworthiness
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and strong organizational skills 
  • Success working on a team and collaborating with others
  • Must have a passion for finding improvements in all processes and be a constant learner
  • other duties as assigned

Education and/or experience

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, Administrative Support, related field or equivalent experience required
  • 2 years relevant bookkeeping, or related experience preferred
