Working alongside the Digital Marketing Team, this position is expected to clearly understand the business goals of our clients and deliver results through various digital marketing mediums.

Top Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Create paid ad strategies (SEM) for clients that directly address client challenges and reach goals
  2. Help clients optimize their SEO performance
  3. Measure performance of all digital marketing campaigns and effectively demonstrate ROI and KPIs
  4. Continually brainstorm new and creative approaches to digital marketing campaigns
  5. Deliver results by conducting A/B tests and analyze results to optimize user experiences

  • Robust analysis and reporting abilities

Education and/or Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a marketing, communications, business analytics or related field or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years of proven working experience in digital marketing required
  • Experience working on successful digital marketing campaigns required
  • Experience working directly with clients required
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other industry-leading paid ad platforms required
  • Google Ads certifications strongly preferred
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, Amazon Marketplace and/or geofencing platforms is a plus

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Digital marketing: 3 years (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cedar Rapids, IA 52401
