The Marketing Project Coordinator position serves an important role on our team by delivering the primary responsibilities of developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines and milestones to ensure delivery of marketing services. This position coordinates with internal teams and clients to ensure marketing deliverables are met related to social media, content development, SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing services. The Marketing Project Coordinator supports the team and Project Manager by monitoring progress, communicating effectively with the team and clients, and adjusting as needed to Wow Our Clients. This position is a member of our Marketing Team and works closely with our project management core. The Marketing Project Coordinator reports to the Digital Marketing Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Create project plans including timelines, milestones and required resources.
- Organize and coordinate marketing tasks and deliverables with internal team members to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects.
- Track project progress proactively, identify roadblocks and adjust as needed.
- Schedule client meetings, prepare agendas and document meeting notes.
- Gather client feedback and delegate or incorporate into project deliverables.
- Maintain regular client communication with project statuses and updates.
- Meet deadlines consistently while operating in a team environment
- Enjoy juggling multiple projects and assignments, pay close attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
- Support marketing team members in their delivery of marketing tasks.
- Utilize many tools and platforms associated with Digital Marketing.
Required Qualifications & Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, related field or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-2 years' experience leading and/or organizing work or projects with demonstrated success
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent organization skills and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships across different teams
- Strong advocate for the client and demonstrated professionalism
- Conscientious and thorough in quality of work

- Experience working in a client or customer facing role
- Strong skills in MS Office suite, including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of marketing concepts and marketing services
- Experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Teams Planner a plus
