We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on social media, who will support social strategies and execution while also helping the team in broader marketing functions. This role is ideal for a creative, curious marketer with at least 3 years of social media experience and a passion for learning across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging social media strategies and content calendars for clients and internal initiatives.
- Monitor social media platforms, engage with audiences, and support paid social campaigns.
- Assist with broader digital marketing tasks, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, analytics tracking, and performance reporting.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve results (ROI, KPIs, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to support content development and client goals.
- Evaluate tools, features, and workflows to streamline social media production and reporting, helping the team work smarter and faster.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven working experience in social media required.
- Experience managing social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest) and familiarity with social tools.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager required
- Experienced with LinkedIn Ads preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with basic experience in performance measurement and reporting.
- Ability to analyze workflows, tools, and features to improve efficiency in content planning, publishing, and reporting.
- Eagerness to learn and grow into other areas of marketing and digital strategy.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
