This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and increasing company revenue. They are a critical partner with marketing to ensure ROC-P is expanding brand presence. This role also identifies long-term business growth strategies to continually grow the company.

ROC-P is a versatile online certification management system that makes keeping track of an organization’s certification easy. As a custom-built Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, ROC-P requires a team of dedicated marketing and business growth minds to expand the platform’s reach.

Top Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Leadership, Management and Accountability (LMA)
  2. Identify, develop, and secure new business to grow revenue for the company
  3. Create business growth strategy for the company
  4. Collaborate with marketing to ensure the company brand is far reaching
  5. Identify industry trends and new opportunities to sell or expand our services

Education and/or Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field or equivalent experience is required
  • Minimum of 8 years successful sales, marketing, or business development or growth experience required
  • Experience with direct client support and account management required
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency strongly preferred
  • Technical understanding required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using web applications and digital marketing technologies
  • Experience in leading and executing projects
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at times
