Job Summary
Informatics is evolving into a Strategic Growth Partner, and this role is at the center of that transformation. The Marketing Strategist is not a generalist, and this is not a role that ramps slowly. From day one, you will be leading strategic conversations, owning demand generation frameworks, and representing Informatics at a senior level.
This is a senior strategic thinker who can develop deep client relationships, understand their business as well as they do, and build the demand generation frameworks that drive measurable, attributable growth. You will be the connective tissue between client ambition and agency execution, translating business goals into channel strategy, surfacing the data that tells the performance story, and ensuring that everything Informatics delivers is tied to an outcome that matters to the client's bottom line.

- You will develop and own performance-driven demand generation strategies for clients, building integrated, multi-channel frameworks that are grounded in data, tied to measurable business outcomes, and designed to drive growth at every stage of the customer journey.
- You will build and sustain strategic partnerships at the C-suite level and above, going beyond the day-to-day marketing contact to become a trusted advisor to senior leadership, earning a seat at the table where business decisions are made and budgets are set.
- You will serve as the primary marketing contact on assigned client accounts, owning performance analysis and outcome accountability, deeply fluent in every channel we deploy, you will analyze results across the full marketing mix, translate data into clear business insights, and lead client conversations with confidence and credibility.
- You will be a critical part of the Informatics team framework, acting as a change agent and a model of high performance, as we evolve our agency model, you will help set the standard for what strategic, outcome-focused work looks like, inspiring and elevating the team around you. You will be familiar with workflows and experienced enough to make optimization recommendations.
- You will be an active AI adopter, staying ahead of emerging trends and bringing innovative strategies to your clients, continuously exploring how AI tools, GEO/AEO optimization, and new technologies can be applied to deliver smarter, more effective marketing every client you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own integrated demand generation strategies for clients
- Design and work with our in-house subject matter experts to execute and manage campaigns across SEO, paid media, content, CRM/email, social, and emerging channels
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using market data, competitive intelligence, and performance signals
- Develop deep working knowledge of each client's business, industry, competitive landscape, and revenue models
- Act as a senior strategic voice in client conversations, elevating discussions from tactics to business outcomes
- Own the measurement framework for assigned accounts, including KPI definition and attribution methodology
- Analyze cross-channel performance data and make strategic recommendations
- Build and present executive-level reporting and decision briefs
- Stay current on AI tools, GEO/AEO trends, and emerging demand channels
- Apply innovative strategies and technologies to client engagements proactively

Role Specific Required Skills and Capabilities:
- Proven track record of leading senior client relationships independently, including executive-level presentations and strategic planning conversations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop integrated demand generation strategies that connect to measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building performance frameworks, attribution models, and executive reporting.
- Deep channel fluency across SEO, paid media, content marketing, CRM/email, and social, with an understanding of how channels work together, not just independently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to command a room and present complex strategy clearly to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Experience owning client relationships at a strategic level, not just account management, but genuine business advisory from the first engagement.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required
- 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, demand generation, or growth marketing
- Product Marketing experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
