When community grocery cooperative New Pioneer set out to upgrade its digital presence, it realized it needed both a new ecommerce backbone and a customer-facing website. The nonprofit partnered with Informatics to develop the public component, with the goal of creating a faster, more engaging experience—particularly on mobile.
Our Web Design team responded with a robust and visually appealing website that properly showcases New Pi’s inventory, but also doubles down on education, with recipes, producer spotlights and more. Our Digital Marketing experts also partnered with New Pi’s team on new blogs, helping to support the design rollout with a multilayered content marketing strategy.
The result has been more traffic and customer engagement, helping to spread New Pi’s mantra of “Locally Grown, Community Owned.”
