A client for more than a decade, national architecture and engineering firm Shive-Hattery turned to Informatics in 2019 to refresh its website and boost its online presence. Informatics’ Web Design team responded with an efficient and highly visual site that spotlights the firm’s work, while also positioning it as an industry thought leader with blogs, news and insight articles. The result was a jump in web engagement, including a 64% increase in average session duration.

Once the site launched, Informatics’ Digital Marketing team took over, creating a two-pronged marketing approach that built Shive-Hattery’s general brand awareness while also targeting specific service areas in distinct markets through the use of Google and Bing ads.

One year later, Shive’s service-based ads are among the most viewed by industry searchers, while the website continues to draw new users from across the firm’s territories.
