5 Bonus Productivity Apps

A few weeks ago we released a blog on 5 apps to enhance your productivity. Well, we have decided to give you five more! As we said before, time-consuming tasks and simple mistakes can greatly diminish our daily productivity, making it hard for us to focus on our priorities. These 5 bonus apps are sure to make you more efficient in your day-to-day activities.

  1. Dunno

Dunno is a crowd-searching platform which allows you to find results for a certain question or notes on a specific thought, based on what others have found useful in the past. Users also have the ability to create or add content to the platform and to vote pre-existing content up or down in order to tell others which content is worth looking at.

Next time you find yourself strapped for time, you can jot down your thoughts in Dunno and return later to find that it has done the research for you. Dunno scans the web for background information and relevant research on the thought or question you entered. Use this next time you need to write a blog, article, or press release!

Dunno is free and only available on iOS.

  2. Drafts

Drafts is a note taking app focused on simplicity and efficiency. When you open up this app, you will get a new, blank draft to begin entering text on. Drafts is perfect for taking quick notes that do not need to be extensive nor categorized in specific folders. In our previous blog on productivity apps, we discussed Evernote. Evernote is perfect for longer, more detailed note-taking, whereas Drafts is for quick, off-the-cuff one-liners. The best part is that you can append your notes from Drafts to your notes in Evernote by creating custom actions.

Drafts is $3.99 for the iPhone and only available on iOS.
  3. Todoist

Todoist is a multiplatform “To Do Listing” app that allows you to manage your tasks anywhere, anytime. Additionally, you can share your tasks with others and collaborate on shared goals. Set up reminders, take notes, manage projects, and more with this helpful app.

Todoist is free with a premium option for $29.
  4. EasilyDo
EasilyDo is your digital personal organizer. It allows you to manage and sync your contacts, offers awesome features for managing travel plans, monitors Facebook and email for birthdays, and much more. EasilyDo allows you to cover all of your bases in one handheld app!

    EasilyDo is free.

  5. Fantastical 2

Fantastical 2 is an advanced calendar application that manages events and reminders so that you can easily keep track of your daily tasks and follow a schedule, making you more productive.

Fantastical 2 is great for those who love to organize and plan as well as those that may need a little help with scheduling! It will handle all of your scheduling needs all the way down to sending birthday wishes via text.
